Noodle Pudding

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions, almost tender (6 to 7 minutes).
  2. Drain.
  3. Combine all remaining ingredients except cherries and cinnamon-sugar.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Stir into hot noodles. Pour half the noodle mixture into large 4-quart baking or roasting pan.
  6. Spread cherries over surface.
  7. Add remaining noodle mixture. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon-sugar.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  9. Serve hot or cold with sour cream if desired. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
