Lasagne(Low Calorie)

  1. Brown ground beef and garlic in saucepan until redness disappears.
  2. Drain off excess fat.
  3. Add tomato paste, tomatoes and seasonings.
  4. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Cook lasagne noodles.
  6. In a casserole dish, spread 1/3 meat, then 1/2 noodles, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese.
  7. Repeat once and lastly top off with meat sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes or cover with waxed paper for 20 minutes, rotating every 8 minutes.
  10. Serves 4.
