Yellowtail Sashimi With Wasabi Sea Salt
- 8 Ounces fresh premium Yellowtail
- 1 Teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1 Tablespoon chopped red onion
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 Tablespoons Yuzu juice
- Gustus Vitae Wasabi Sea Salt
- Lemon slices
- In mixing bowl, combine garlic, cilantro, green bell pepper, red onion, soy sauce, and yuzu juice
- Mix well
- Slice Yellowtail into thin pieces and spread over plate
- Heat saucepan
- Add olive oil until to saucepan until it begins to smoke, no longer than 40 seconds
- Pour hot olive oil on fish to easily sear the outside
- Gently spoon mixture evenly across the Yellowtail
- Sprinkle Wasabi Sea Salt across dish
- Squeeze lemon on top as desired
- Enjoy!
