Yellowtail Sashimi With Wasabi Sea Salt

  1. In mixing bowl, combine garlic, cilantro, green bell pepper, red onion, soy sauce, and yuzu juice
  2. Mix well
  3. Slice Yellowtail into thin pieces and spread over plate
  4. Heat saucepan
  5. Add olive oil until to saucepan until it begins to smoke, no longer than 40 seconds
  6. Pour hot olive oil on fish to easily sear the outside
  7. Gently spoon mixture evenly across the Yellowtail
  8. Sprinkle Wasabi Sea Salt across dish
  9. Squeeze lemon on top as desired
  10. Enjoy!
