Apricot-Blue Cheese Flatbread

  1. HEAT oven to 400u0b0F. Coat large baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. UNROLL dough on baking sheet. Roll dough into 14 x 12-inch rectangle. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly golden.
  3. MICROWAVE preserves, walnuts and oil in small microwave-safe bowl on HIGH 1 minute. Stir until blended. Spread evenly over crust. Top evenly with onion and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. BAKE an additional 10 to 12 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into squares.
