Apricot-Blue Cheese Flatbread
- Crisco Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 13 3/4 ounces refrigerated pizza dough crust
- 1/2 cup Smucker's(R) Apricot Preserves
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- salt
- pepper
- HEAT oven to 400u0b0F. Coat large baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray.
- UNROLL dough on baking sheet. Roll dough into 14 x 12-inch rectangle. Bake 8 minutes or until lightly golden.
- MICROWAVE preserves, walnuts and oil in small microwave-safe bowl on HIGH 1 minute. Stir until blended. Spread evenly over crust. Top evenly with onion and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- BAKE an additional 10 to 12 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into squares.
