Fabulous Fruit Salad
- 8 ounces cream cheese room temp
- 12 ounces jackfruit or can of, aka langka in syrup
- 7 ounces sweetened condensed milk Nestle
- 10 ounces maraschino cherries No Stems
- 32 ounces fruit cocktail or just one can very cherry
- 16 ounces coconut frozen young, aka buko
- 12 ounces sugar palm fruit, aka kaong
- 2 cups grapes fresh
- 8 ounces whipped cream tub of
- 12 ounces coconut sport, aka macapuno
- 12 ounces pineapple gel, aka nata de pina and/or coconut gel, aka nata de coco
- train & rinse the cherries, drain all fruits except the jackfruit. Set aside.
- tlend the jackfruit and liquid in a food processor until smooth. Add the cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk, process until smooth.
- transfer the jackfruit-dairy mixture into a large mixing bowl. Gently stir in the rest of the drained fruits. Mix until all the fruit is coated in the creamy, white mixture.
- thill for several hours or overnight. Serve cold. Refrigerate leftovers promptly.
