Yellow Curry Paste

  1. In a small pan without any fat toast coriander, cumin and cinnamon until fragrant (1 to 2 minutes)
  2. Put the toasted spices and all the remaining ingredients(except the oil) in a mortar and mash them to get a smooth paste. Add the oil and mix.
  3. Store in the refrigerator or freeze it in small portions.
