Pulled Pork Sliders With Oyster Sauce
- 1 5-pound pork shoulder roast with the bone
- 4 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
- 1 package of your favorite slider buns
- Place the pork roast onto a large plate and brush the oyster sauce over all sides of the roast
- In a small bowl combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture evenly over all sides of the pork roast
- Cover and refrigerator for at least 3 hours to overnight.
- To cook, place the pork roast in a slow cooker and set to low. Cook until fork tender, about 9 hours.
- Pour off the juices into a small bowl, and then strain any visible fat. Pour the juices back into the slow cooker and using two forks pull the pork apart and serve.
- Add pulled pork to grilled slider buns and top with your favorite condiments
