Set it aside as well.nrepare your sun dried tomatoes. Slice your tomatoes into small pieces and set aside the oil for you to use later as well.
- Now it is time to start to boil your pasta. In a large pot add your boiled water from the kettle season it with sea salt and add your pasta. Close up with a lid for it to reach the boiling point faster. Boil your pasta as long as the packaging says (the time varies depending on it's size and thickness - cca 8-9 minutes).
- Heat up a big pan on medium/high heat and meanwhile slice your chicken breast into thin slices. When you are ready add the oil from the sun dried tomatoes into the pan and let it to heat up for a little while and then add your sliced chicken breasts. Season with white and black pepper and with a pinch of sea salt. When the chicken is sealed add the sliced onions and garlic. Stir well.nnnnDrain your pasta. You can add a little butter to your pasta to prevent is to stick if you wish so. Set aside.
- After few minutes add your sun sun dried tomatoes and stir well to combine all the ingredients. Season with dried basil and oregano.
- It is time to add your spinach now that is fully de-frozen. If the spinach leaves are too large you can cut them to be smaller but large ones is perfect as well.
- Stir all ingredients together and now it is time to add all of your single cream. Toss in a piece of butter if you wish for a even deeper taste (butter in food just makes all better in my opinion). Stir all well together and leave it on a small boil for about 3-5 minutes. Your food is ready now.
- Serve together with your pasta.
- Enjoy.
