Nutella Cake Roll

  1. Preheat the oven to 220C.
  2. Beat the egg yolks with the powdered sugar until light and foamy.
  3. Sift the flour with the cocoa and a pinch of salt.
  4. Add the flour mixture to the beaten egg yolks.
  5. Beat the egg whites to soft peaks and fold them carefully into the batter.
  6. Line a rectangular baking sheet measuring 22 x 30 centimeters with wax paper and pour the batter inside.
  7. Bake for approximately 10 minutes.
  8. Remove the cake from the oven, let it cool slightly, then roll up the cake in the wax paper.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Unroll the cake and spread with a generous amount of Nutella, then roll it up again.
  11. Refrigerate the cake roll.
  12. Serve the cake sprinkled with powdered sugar and cut into slices.
