Cone Cupcakes
- 12 ice cream cones flat based
- 1/2 cup Buttter roughly chopped
- 2 eggs
- 5 3/8 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 3 3/4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Pre heat oven to 180u0b0C. Place butter into mixing bowl and melt 2 min / 60u0b0C / speed 4. Add all remaining ingredients and mix 20 sec / speed 5. 3/4 fill each ice cream cone and stand in a muffin tray to assist balancing whilst cooking. Bake for 20 mins or until inserted skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool before icing.

Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix in melted butter. 3/4 fill each ice cream cone and stand in a muffin tray to assist balancing whilst cooking. Bake for 20 mins or until inserted skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool before icing.
