Glazed Cinnamon Mini Muffins

  1. Line a mini-muffin pan with paper cups and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until it's light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg.
  4. In another medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  5. In batches, add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients then add the milk.
  6. Make sure the batter is well combine.
  7. Fill a paper-lined mini muffin cups two-thirds of the way full.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes until done.
  9. Make Glaze:As the muffins cool, in a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon, confection sugar and milk until the glaze is smooth and slightly thick. You may have to add more milk or confection sugar to get the right consistancy .Spoon glaze over the muffins and serve!
