Mushrooms And Edamame Salad

  1. Grease a skillet with cooking spray and preheat on high.
  2. Add the mushrooms to the skillet, cook them until they brown, and remove them from the skillet.
  3. Add the olive oil, ginger, and chile de arbol pepper to the skillet. Let them cook for 1 minute then remove them.
  4. Cook the edamame beans on the same skillet for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the red bell pepper and mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 3 more minutes.
  6. Add the sesame and the vinegar, and turn off the stove.
  7. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl and serve.
