Fusilli With Sun Dried Tomatoes And Feta Cheese

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, al dente.
  2. When the pasta is almost done, heat the olive oil in another saucepan. Add the onion and cook over low heat for 5 to 8 minutes until light golden brown.
  3. Add the tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, and the cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from the stove and let it cool.
  4. Add the parsley, basil, and cheese. Mix carefully and serve.
