Focaccia With Green Olives And Rosemary
- 1 11/16 cups warm water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt flower
- olive oil 3 sp., flavoured with rosemary
- 5 7/8 cups wheat flour
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 3 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast
- rosemary to taste
- olives to taste
- olive oil flavored with rosemary to taste
- rosemary to taste
- 1 pinch salt
- Mix the yeast with the water and the olive oil and add to the other ingredients.
- Knead well until the dough is loosening in the hand.
- Cover the bowl and let the dough rise until it doubles its size.
- You can prepare the dough on the bread making machine with the mass program.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and extend it with the help of a kitchen roll, forming rectangles.
- Cut half of the rosemary into small pieces and spread over the focaccias.
- Bend the tips so that rosemary will be in the dough.
- Extend the dough again and make dimples with your fingertips.
- Let it stand in the pan, lined with parchment paper for 25 minutes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with remaining rosemary and olives.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 u0b0 F for 30 minutes.
