Taco Bake
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. Bisquick
- Brown beef; drain well.
- Mix in taco seasoning, refried beans and tomato sauce.
- Grease well a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Put flour tortillas, one in each corner with tortillas coming up edge of the pan.
- Place remaining tortillas on sides of pan, also coming up the edge of pan.
- Spoon beef mixture on top; spread to edges.
- Cover with cheese.
- Mix milk, eggs and Bisquick into smooth pourable batter.
- Pour over top of cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
- Garnish with sour cream, shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
