Taco Bake

  1. Brown beef; drain well.
  2. Mix in taco seasoning, refried beans and tomato sauce.
  3. Grease well a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Put flour tortillas, one in each corner with tortillas coming up edge of the pan.
  5. Place remaining tortillas on sides of pan, also coming up the edge of pan.
  6. Spoon beef mixture on top; spread to edges.
  7. Cover with cheese.
  8. Mix milk, eggs and Bisquick into smooth pourable batter.
  9. Pour over top of cheese.
  10. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
  11. Garnish with sour cream, shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
