Tofu Zoodle Lo-Mein

  1. First, chop all the veggies and tofu. I used a spiralizer to make zucchini noodles and I also used a spiralizer for the carrots.
  2. Add olive oil in the pan and cook the tofu for 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the onions first, saute for 2 minutes. Then add the zucchini, carrots, and bean sprouts. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
  4. Add the soy sauce and chili garlic sauce or any other sauce you have to add taste to the veggies. Add salt & pepper to taste
  5. Add scallions and use to garnish.nptional: scramble eggs in a separate pan and add to the zoodles!
