- 2 cups flour all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 5/8 cup sugar
- 6 5/8 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 vanilla sugar sachet of, or 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 7 1/8 tablespoons applesauce
- 3 eggs
- 3 3/16 cups carrots grated
- 1 cup walnuts optionnal
- 3 1/2 tablespoons softened butter
- 5/8 cup cream cheese
- 7/8 cup icing sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- Peel and wash the carrots before grated them. Set aside.
