Thai Beef With Noodles

  1. Place beef eye round steaks in plastic bag; add sherry, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and pepper flakes.
  2. Close bag securely, turning to coat.
  3. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions; drain well.
  5. Drain steaks, reserving marinade.
  6. Pat dry with paper towel.
  7. Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  8. Add steaks; pan broil 8 to 10 minutes, to doneness desired (rare to medium), turning once.
  9. Remove to carving board.
  10. Pour off drippings from skillet; add reserved marinade.
  11. Stir in cornstarch mixture.
