Layered Salmon And Avocado Dip
- 1/4 pound cream cheese at room temperature
- 3 1/2 ounces canned salmon drained, flaked
- 1/2 lemon zested and juiced
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons fresh chives finely snipped
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce
- cream Avocado
- 1 avocado pitted, peeled, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup watercress coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons char grilled red pepper, drained, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill coarsely chopped
- 1 sprig watercress to garnish

- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add salmon, lemon zest, lemon juice, tomato sauce, chives and hot pepper sauce. Transfer to a 4 inch cake ring and smooth top.
- To make the avocado cream, combine avocado, sour cream, char-grilled pepper and fresh dill. Season then transfer to cake ring. Chill for 30 mins.
- To serve, carefully remove ring. Garnish with a sprig of watercress. Serve with crackers and crudites.
