Creamy Peanut Butter And Chocolate Layered Dessert
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs finely crushed
- 1/3 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/3 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces frozen whipped topping thawed, divided
- 2 instant chocolate pudding and pie filling 4-serving size packages
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- HEAT oven to 350u0b0F.
- COMBINE graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, sugar and butter in medium bowl until well blended. Reserve 2 tablespoons for topping. Press remaining crumbs into bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
- BEAT cream cheese and peanut butter in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Beat in powdered sugar. Gently mix in 1 cup whipped topping. Spread evenly over cooled crumb crust.
- BEAT pudding mix and milk in medium bowl on low speed 2 minutes. Spread evenly over peanut butter layer. Chill 1 hour. Spread with remaining whipped topping. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
