B. B. Q. Ribs
- 4 pounds pork ribs cut into serving pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 peach halves #2 1/2 can cling
- 1 cup catsup
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh onion minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Start oven at 375 degrees F. In shallow pan arrange ribs meaty side up, sprinkle with salt.
- Drain peaches, reserving liquid.
- In saucepan blend 1 cup reserved syrup with ketchup, Worcestershire, onion, flour, mustard, cloves, teaspoon salt, pepper. Heat to boiling and pour over ribs. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until fork tender. Around ribs arrange peaches and bake about 5 minutes longer. Baste with sauce. 4 to 6 servings.
