Peach And Cream Dessert

  1. Stir together flour, pudding mix and baking powder.
  2. Combine egg, milk and butter; add to dry ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Spread in greased 8 x 8 inch pan (I use a deep pie dish).
  5. Drain peaches, reserving 1/3 c. of liquid.
  6. Chop peaches and sprinkle on top of batter.
  7. Beat together softened cream cheese, sugar and 1/3 c. peach liquid.
  8. Pour on top of peaches.
  9. Combine 1 Tbsp. sugar and cinnamon.
  10. Sprinkle over all.
  11. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes. Cool before serving.
