Peach And Cream Dessert
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz) vanilla pudding
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 (16 oz.) can peach slices
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- Stir together flour, pudding mix and baking powder.
- Combine egg, milk and butter; add to dry ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Spread in greased 8 x 8 inch pan (I use a deep pie dish).
- Drain peaches, reserving 1/3 c. of liquid.
- Chop peaches and sprinkle on top of batter.
- Beat together softened cream cheese, sugar and 1/3 c. peach liquid.
- Pour on top of peaches.
- Combine 1 Tbsp. sugar and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle over all.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes. Cool before serving.
