Easy Oriental Chicken And Noodles

  1. In small bowl, stir together cornstarch, broth and soy sauce until smooth and set aside.
  2. Cook noodles in water with seasoning packets.
  3. Drain off liquid and set aside.
  4. In skillet or wok, stir-fry half of the chicken in the oil.
  5. Remove; stir-fry remaining chicken.
  6. Remove and set aside.
  7. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  8. Add ginger.
  9. Add cornstarch mixture and chicken to vegetables.
  10. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
  11. Serve over the noodles.
  12. May add soy sauce to taste.
