Lemon Pasta With Shrimp

  1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water, according to package directions.
  2. Drain and return to cooking pot.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, over medium-high heat, heat the oil.
  4. Add the garlic and saute until soft, do not let brown!
  5. Add the lemon juice and broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Add shrimp, cook until shrimp are opaque, about 3 minutes.
  7. Reduce heat to low; add cream, cheese and lemon zest.
  8. Cook about 3 minutes to heat through, but do not boil.
