White Fruit Cake

  1. Combine fruits and nuts.
  2. Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Cream butter well.
  4. Add sugar gradually; cream well.
  5. Beat in vanilla and citrus rind.
  6. Add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each addition.
  7. Add 1/4 of dry ingredients and milk to creamed mixture.
  8. Continue procedure; beat well after each addition.
