Baked Salmon With Crumbs Crust Recipe

  1. Sent your oven on 200 C Celsius. nnIn a food processor add your stale bread and on high speed let it create fine crumbles. Add your parsley (you can leave some for decoration) , salt, white pepper, marjoram, garlic granules and leave your food processor on until the parsley chops finely. Add your remaining ingredients lemon juice, butter, Dijon mustard and parmesan (that is optional)
  2. In a soup plate mix an egg with a pinch of salt and pepper and whisk with a fork. Coat your salmon strips in them and place your salmon on a tray with baking paper. ndd a healthy helping of your prepared crumbs.nnPlace in a oven to bake for about 25 minutes (until your crust is nice and golden and if you like a well done salmon fillet check in the highest area that it is baked trough - I like min a little uncooked in the middle). If you need to leave it in the oven for longer but your crust already have the perfect colour just cover it with alluminium foil until the meat is done for your liking.
  3. Serve with a salad, rice or quinoa and with a lemon wedge to add extra taste. n personally like it with rice and some spicy sauce.nnEnjoy.
