Creamy Pink Vegetable Pasta

  1. Boil penne pasta in water with a pinch of salt and olive oil. Drain well. Return the pasta into the sauce pot and add a dash of salt and pepper with a 1/3 tablespoon of butter.
  2. In a saucepan, pour the pasta sauce. Add the vegetables over medium heat and leave to simmer and stir occasionally.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour in the cooking cream.
  4. Add the pasta into the cooked sauce and toss around until covered with mixture.
  5. Spoon the pasta into a serving bowl and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
