Creamy Pink Vegetable Pasta
- 5 7/16 ounces penne pasta
- 1 1/8 cups pasta sauce chunky tomato, onion and garlic flavor
- 1/4 cup cooking cream light
- 1 cup vegetables corn, peas, carrots
- 1/3 tablespoon butter
- salt
- Parmesan cheese
- Boil penne pasta in water with a pinch of salt and olive oil. Drain well. Return the pasta into the sauce pot and add a dash of salt and pepper with a 1/3 tablespoon of butter.
- In a saucepan, pour the pasta sauce. Add the vegetables over medium heat and leave to simmer and stir occasionally.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour in the cooking cream.
- Add the pasta into the cooked sauce and toss around until covered with mixture.
- Spoon the pasta into a serving bowl and garnish with Parmesan cheese.
