Peanut Butter Kandy Kakes (Sheet Cake)

  1. Heat milk til it steams, not scalds; add butter, stir til melted. Set aside til room temp.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients along with milk mixture. Pour into ungreased 10 x 15 jelly roll pan; spread, then bake 15 - 20 minutes
  3. Remove cake from oven and spread peanut butter evenly
  4. Cool cake in oven or freezer until peanut butter is no longer tacky.
  5. Melt chips with 2 T. peanut butter and spread over cake. Let stand until chocolate is hard enough to cut. ENJOY!!!
