Beef Ribs With Vegetables And Macaroni

  1. In a pressure cooker, place ribs with tomatoes, parsley, cilantro, bay leaf, paprika.
  2. Season with salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Cook until meat is tender and shreds easily.
  4. Remove from pan and shred beef.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Add leek, potatoes, carrots, zucchinis, pumpkin, and spinach and tomato paste to the beef cooking liquid.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Add the macaroni, shredded beef and can of chickpeas.
  9. Simmer until pasta is cooked.
  10. Serve hot.
