Chocolate Fondant Tart

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Grease a 22-centimeter springform pan and sprinkle the bottom with ground almonds.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, place the chocolates, powdered sugar, butter, and a pinch of salt and microwave in 1-minute increments until melted.
  4. Beat the eggs with 1 tablespoon of ground almonds. Pour them into the chocolate mixture.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 45 minutes until they take on the appearance of brownies.
  6. Once cooled, remove from the pan and decorate with a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
