Asian Style Slaw
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce I used Lee Lum Kee
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons raw honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil chopped
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots or matchstick
- 1 1/2 cups green cabbage shredded
- 1 1/2 cups red cabbage each shredded
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the first 12 ingredients (through fresh herbs).
- Stir in carrots & cabbages.
