Pasta Of The Angels

  1. In a skillet, melt butter.
  2. Stir in the garlic and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Then add the remaining vegetables and saute until crisp tender.
  4. Pour in the wine and sprinkle with the flour, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 1 minute and add the whipping cream.
  6. Cook until thickened, about 3 minutes.
  7. Add shrimp and toss with pasta.
  8. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
