Sweet And Sour Meat Balls

  1. In a large bowl, combine meat, water chestnuts, eggs, bread crumbs, bouillon and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Shape into 1 1/4-inch meat balls.
  4. In a large skillet, brown meat balls, a few at a time.
  5. Remove from pan and pour off fat.
  6. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients except for parsley; mix well.
  7. Pour into skillet.
  8. Cook over medium heat until sauce thickens.
  9. Reduce heat and add meat balls.
  10. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
