Pink Cake With Chocolate Glaze

  1. Preheat oven to 180u0b0C (approximately 350u0b0F).
  2. Soak gelatin in 100 ml (approximately 1/3 cup) hot water.
  3. Let gelatin cool to room temperature.
  4. Place all ingredients in blender - except flour, baking powder, and chocolate.
  5. Beat for about 3 minutes. Tip: An electric mixer can also be used.
  6. Place batter in a bowl and mix in flour and baking powder.
  7. Grease a cake pan and dust with flour.
  8. Place batter in prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes.
  9. When cake is cool, coat with melted chocolate.
