Succulent Lobster Tail
- 4 lobster tails
- 5 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons dried basil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic or to taste
- Feel a large pot two thirds full of water. Add beliefs, dried basil, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil.
- Place a fine mesh screen across the top of the pot. Place the lobster tail evenly on the screen and cover with a lid. Steam for about eight minutes and don't peek!
- Stir together melted butter and garlic for dipping.
- NOTE:nf you don't have a large fine mesh screen, fill a large pot with about 1 inch of water, add the seasonings.nlace as steamer insert inside the pot so it is just above the water level.nut the lobsters tail on the rack and cover pot. Steam for about eight minutes and don't peek!nerve with melted butter.
