Irish Stew With Guinness (Pressure Cooker)

  1. Heat pressure cooker with oil
  2. Saute onions until translucent
  3. Add salt, pepper, and pepper blend
  4. Add beef and brown for 10 minutes
  5. Add Worcestershire sauce
  6. Add veggies and give everything a mix
  7. Drop in thyme bundle
  8. Add beer
  9. Add broth
  10. Secure lid and bring up to high pressure
  11. When pressure is reached, reduce heat to keep even pressure and cook for 25 minutes
  12. Remove from heat and release pressure
  13. When pressure is finished releasing remove lid
  14. Return pot to heat and bring to a boil
  15. Mix cornstarch and water together
  16. Thicken broth with the cornstarch mixture, stirring until your desired thickness is achieved
  17. Ladle into bowls and garnish
  18. ENJOY!!
