Pork Chops With Apples

  1. Brown pork chops and onion in a large skillet, coated with cooking spray.
  2. Combine water, bouillon granules and pepper, stirring to dissolve.
  3. Add to skillet.
  4. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
  5. Skim off fat.
  6. Add apple slices and cinnamon to mixture in skillet.
  7. Cover and simmer an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Transfer to a serving platter and serve hot.
  9. Yields 4 servings of 1 chop with 3/4 cup apples.
