Apple Pomegranate Galette

  1. Preheat the oven to 375u0b0F.
  2. Mix the lemon juice, brown sugar and cinnamon together and coat all over the slivered apple slices. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Dust your working space with some flour and roll out the puff pastry sheet until half the original thickness.
  4. Lay your sliced apples in a spiralled pattern, making sure to leave an an inch and a half space all around the puff pastry sheet.
  5. Wrap the uncovered puff pastry over the slivered apple slices. Top with pomegranate the seeds and any excess lemon juice-brown sugar-cinnamon mixture.
  6. Lightly brush the milk over and sprinkle some brown sugar on the surrounding puff pastry.
  7. Place in the oven on the middle shelf and bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
