Lasagne Casserole
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles (or less if preferred)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed or small amount garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 (8 pt.) can seasoned tomato sauce
- 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground oregano
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese or/and American cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- Cook noodles.
- Drain.
- Brown meat, garlic and onions in salad oil.
- Stirtn tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and oregano; cover
- andtimmertor

- 20 minutes or until slightly thickened.till
- casserole by alternating layers of noodles, cheese,
- tomato-meat
- mixture
- andtarmesan cheese. Bake in moderatelytot
- oven
- for 20 to 25 minutes.
