Tuna A Bras With Savoy Cabbage

  1. Cut the leeks into slices and the cabbage in thin strips.
  2. Pour the olive oil in a pan, and add the chopped garlic and sliced leeks.
  3. Cook over low heat, stirring, until the garlic becomes tender.
  4. Add the savoy cabbage, cover and cook until to al dente.
  5. Put the tuna in a colander, and rinse with hot water to remove all the fat.
  6. Squeeze, and add it to the cabbage.
  7. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  8. Add the eggs to the cabbage and tuna, and stir until cooked.
  9. Garnish garnished with parsley and cherry tomatoes.
  10. Serve.
