Tuna A Bras With Savoy Cabbage
- 1 leek large
- 1/2 savoy cabbage
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 can tuna
- 2 eggs
- salt
- ground black pepper
- nutmeg
- cherry tomatoes for garnish
- Cut the leeks into slices and the cabbage in thin strips.
- Pour the olive oil in a pan, and add the chopped garlic and sliced leeks.
- Cook over low heat, stirring, until the garlic becomes tender.
- Add the savoy cabbage, cover and cook until to al dente.
- Put the tuna in a colander, and rinse with hot water to remove all the fat.
- Squeeze, and add it to the cabbage.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs, and season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Add the eggs to the cabbage and tuna, and stir until cooked.
- Garnish garnished with parsley and cherry tomatoes.
- Serve.
