Vegan Tofu With Mushrooms And Choy Sum

  1. Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Add onion and stir-fry until golden.
  3. Add garlic and remaining vegetables and cook until snow peas and choy sum are just tender.
  4. Meanwhile, combine oyster sauce, sesame oil and honey.
  5. Add to the wok along with the tofu, tossing gently to coat the tofu and vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with noodles.
