Cottage Cheese Tart With Almonds And Honey
- 1 curd cheese large, container, or 2 small
- 3 eggs
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 13/16 cups ground almonds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- cinnamon to taste
- lemon zest to taste
- 5/8 cup self-rising flour
- 1 tablespoon butter for greasing
- powdered sugar for sprinkling
- Preheat 180 degrees Celsius.
- Crush the cheese with a fork.
- Beat the eggs and egg yolks with the sugar until whitish and frothy.
- Add the cottage cheese, ground almonds, honey, cinnamon, and lemon zest. Mix well.
- Mix in the flour, and pour the batter in a greased or silicone mold.
- Bake for about 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve.
