Mince Curry With Peas(Ground Beef)

  1. Heat oil and cook onions until transparent. Add tomatoes; cook 10 minutes. Add all spices and simmer for 15 minutes.
  2. Crumble beef into sauce, stirring. Cook, covered, for 20 minutes. Add potatoes and cook until almost tender, about 15 minutes. Add frozen peas. Cook for 10 more minutes.
  3. Serve over rice.
