Grilled Calamari, Mango Salad And Crispy Shallots

  1. Combine green chilies, fish sauce, lime juice and palm sugar in a food processor. Process until smooth. Toss with mango, spring onion, cilantro, mint and cashews.
  2. Preheat grill or broiler. Coat calamari in oil then cook for 2-3 mins. Serve with mango salad, sprinkled with crispy shallots.
