Tuna Pastry
- 1 puff pastry
- 3 cans tuna
- 4 9/16 cups frozen broccoli
- 1 1/4 cups frozen corn
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 7/8 cup mozzarella grated
- garlic powder as needed
- salt as needed
- chives as needed
- Put the eggs in a large saucepan of salted water. Bring to a boil.
- When eggs are half cooked, add the broccoli and corn. Do not overcook.
- In a large bowl, add the well drained tuna. Add the mayonnaise, season with garlic powder, and add a bit of finely chopped chives.
- Drain the broccoli, corn, and eggs.
- Peel the eggs.
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Add the broccoli and corn to the tuna, and mix well.
- Spread this mixture on the bottom of a rectangular baking pan.
- Spread the sliced eggs on top, and cover with grated cheese.
- Spread the puff pastry on top, and make some light creases with a knife.
- Bake until the dough is golden brown.
