Tuna And Oregano Muffins
- 1 7/16 cups flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons rapid rise yeast
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- salt
- dried oregano
- garlic powder
- ground black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 1/4 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 4 1/4 ounces canned tuna
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes, in oil and chopped
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Combine the flour, yeast, Parmesan cheese, and a pinch each of salt, oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Beat the egg with the milk and melted butter in another bowl.
- Add the two mixtures together, stirring briefly.
- Add tomato paste, tuna, and tomatoes and mix well.
- Fill the muffin pans to 3/4 full.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
