Spicy Fish Salad With Papaya Salsa
- 4 white fish fillets your choice, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons chili seasoning mix or taco
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 4 ounces mixed salad greens
- 1/2 papaya peeled, seeded and sliced
- 1 tomato peeled and chopped
- 1 cucumber small, finely chopped
- 1 red onion small, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 lime juiced, plus additional lime, to serve
- 1 teaspoon chili pepper chopped fresh
- Coat fish lightly in seasoning mix, shaking off excess.
- Heat oil in a large skillet on high heat. Cook fish 2-3 mins each side, until flesh flakes easily when tested with a fork. Drain on paper towels.
- For the papaya salsa, combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Serve fish on a bed of salad greens, topped with papaya salsa. Serve with additional lime.
