Soto (Indonesian Yellow Chicken Soup)
- 1 whole chicken add 1 lime+ 1tbsp salt marinated for 15 minutes, steam for 15 minutes
- 8 7/16 cups water
- vegetable oil for frying
- 10 shallots / 1 big onion
- 4 garlic
- 1 3/16 inches ginger 1 tbsp garlic+ginger paste
- 1 3/16 inches turmeric 1 tbsp turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 lemon grass chopped
- 6 9/16 cups noodle white rice, wash with warm water, shimmering / boiled white rice
- 9/16 pound bean sprout
- tomato sliced, optional
- onion Fried
- spring onion
- lime
- boiled egg optional
- chilli sauce Extra, optional
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1. Separate the bone and meat for soup broth, put the bones in boiled water.
- 2. Cut the meat small pieces, slightly fry in vegetable oil.
- 3. Fry the blended seasoning until golden brown and put in the broth until boiled. Add the chopped lemon grass.
- Serving:nn bowl: add rice noodle/ rice, bean sprout/white cabbage, sliced fried chicken, fried onion, spring onion/parsley. Add the hot soup
