Blackberry, Quinao, Oatmeal, Greek Yogurt Muffins

  1. In one bowl mash the blackberries.
  2. In another small bowl mash the banana.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix all the wet ingredients including the Greek yogurt.
  5. Add the mashed banana to the wet ingredients.
  6. Add the the mashed blackberries to the wet ingredients. Stir.
  7. Add the bowl of wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.
  8. Preheat oven at 375.
  9. Cook for 18-20 mins.
