Potato, Ham, And Bacon Puff Pastry Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Line a pie pan with 1 puff pastry.
  3. Whip the egg, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add a layer of finely sliced potatoes and onions, drizzle with the cream, and cover with slices of ham and bacon.
  5. Cover with another layer of potato slices, onion, and cream.
  6. Sprinkle with a generous amount of chopped parsley.
  7. Cover with the other puff pastry, press the edges together, and brush the dough with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for about 40 minutes.
