Potato, Ham, And Bacon Puff Pastry Pie
- 2 puff pastries
- 1 11/16 cups cream
- 1 egg
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 4 boiled potatoes
- 1 onion
- 5 ham slices
- 3 bacon slices
- chopped parsley
- 1 egg for brushing
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Line a pie pan with 1 puff pastry.
- Whip the egg, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add a layer of finely sliced potatoes and onions, drizzle with the cream, and cover with slices of ham and bacon.
- Cover with another layer of potato slices, onion, and cream.
- Sprinkle with a generous amount of chopped parsley.
- Cover with the other puff pastry, press the edges together, and brush the dough with the beaten egg.
- Bake for about 40 minutes.
